If the Protected and/or Grounded light is not lighting up, does that mean it is not working?

First make sure the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 is plugged in and turned on;

  • If the Protected indicator is not illuminated contact Limitless Innovations for technical support.
  • If the grounded indicator is not illuminated. Try switch outlets first, if the same problem occurs, contact Limitless Innovations for technical support.
