What are some troubleshooting steps if my camera is not connecting to the App?

  • Ensure the camera is powered on.
  • Confirm WiFi is connected and operating properly. The range of the WiFi connection will depend on your setup, but you can quickly test it by using your phone. Essentially, wherever your phone can establish a WiFi connection, Hello Birdie should be able to do so as well.
  • Check that the router is connected to the internet.
  • Reset the connection by pressing and holding the camera reset button for 5-8 seconds. This will reset the device, and you will be required to go through the setup process again.
