I reset the camera, but Im still having issues with establishing a WiFi connection.

  • Check to see if your modem and router are working correctly. Test your WiFi by enabling it on your mobile device or tablet.
  • Confirm that your mobile device and camera are connected to the same WiFi network.
  • Please note that the Hello Birdie camera requires a 2.4GHz band.
  • Mesh networks may use a single SSID to connect devices to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies. If you are experiencing issues, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz band.
