When the camera is installed, it is connected to the solar panel as a source of power. This supplies a steady stream of energy, but the camera may still need to be charged away from the feeder (i.e. inclement weather with cloud coverage). In this case, it can be charged indoors with the included Type-C Magnetic Charging Cable.
